Once a Graduation Application is received, a Graduation Evaluation will be completed. If the graduation application is accepted, the student will be mailed a postcard informing them that the application has been accepted. Students are welcome to make an appointment with a graduation advisor to review their evaluation.
If a Graduation Application is denied, the student will receive a letter in the mail with an evaluation listing the remaining requirements. At that time, the student may reapply for a later graduation date or make an appointment with a graduation advisor to discuss options.
Students who have been on a graduation list, bu thave not completed their degree requirements are required to re-apply. The reapplication deadline is Friday of the 3rd week of the semester the student wishes to graduate.

Graduation Applications may be submitted three ways:

- Deliver by hand to: Bowman Hall, room 105
