- Substitutions/Changes to the Approved Proposal: Students are encouraged to seek regularly scheduled advising and updated information on their progress. If a change is necessary in a student's program, the student must submit a BGS Course Substitution Form requesting this change. Such requests must be made before the student takes the substituted course to ensure that the substitutions are acceptable. Students will be notified in writing whether the substitution has been approved.
